63 degrees~ Oh YEY. Finally. The grass is turning green again and the birds are coming out and I saw caterpillars when I went outside. Although there's going to be a grand influx of insects, which I really despise about spring, but, yay! Moderate weather! I love spring and fall. ♥

When the trees start getting leaves again, I think I'm going to walk to a river that's about a mile away from here. It's long and I see it every time I go to school, and at sunrise it always looks very, very pretty.

So, lately, a few friends from school have been bugging me to read Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. I heard it's some vampire/werewolf type of thing mixed with a human chick in high school and that they were making a movie based off the series (there's two more), so I didn't really care much for it. I typically don't like vampire stories, because they always seem lame. Heck, I don't even like Buffy the Vampire Slayer vampires because they're stupid (except for Spike and Angel and Drusilla and Darla), so I wasn't all that excited about it. But I stole borrowed it without permission from the school library, read 100 pages into it this afternoon, and it's not so bad. The man boy in it is a vampire named Edward Cullen and I just can't help but imagine a vampire!Ed. Fail.

This weekend we're celebrating St. Patrick's day. Laura's immediate family is mostly Irish. Go figure. And Dennis and I are the only Puerto Ricans around here. They usually have a big dinner or something and we're having it here once it's cleaned up, because it's a complete mess AGAIN and what are my old poisoned hotpockets doing in the sink?!, and there will be food! Laura and her mum make the best home-made food ever.

Speaking of food, I'm pretty fucking hungry right now. 'Scuse me.

Something I should probably keep updating to help Bonnie with her Spanish class. This is pretty much a template for basic sentences in Spanish. If anyone wants to know something but doesn't trust translation sites, go ahead and ask. I figured maybe someone might be interested or something.

Money problems are looking up. Which is good, because I've been stressing myself sick over them. 8D

Also spoke to my soon-to-be-fourteen-year-old niece. It's kinda amazing. She was born when I was four so we grew up playing dress up and house and with furbies, and now her voice sounds so much older and she's even taller than me! I missed my little Amber. ♥
